4.Unregistered Account
5.Entering correct password
6.Update app version to latest

Member card bind failed ?

VDARTS offers two kind cards, one is activated card, the card number as account, you can log in directly, other one is non activated card,You need to register, and bind membership card
So if your card has been bound by other account,please try
Member Centre:http://login.vdarts.net/
1.log in with card number as account and last 6 digits ,if its ok ,then you can use this account.
2.If you want to use your own account,please delete card from that old account from Member Centre, add it to your new account.
2.Please provide card number if you still unable bind card to designated account.

Unable Online play

1.Try to test different internet connections(data&wifi)
2.Check if you logged in successfully
3.Check if you are using latest APP version
4.Check if H2 connected to device

H2 power cord problems

1.Check power cord plugged in perfectly while installation
2.Check power switch is turned on (if you couldn’t say for sure,check if H2 Bluetooth indicator glowing with blue light)
3.Check if voltage you using meet designated wattage
4.Use a voltmeter to test current power line
5.Check your extension cord is used for integrity or remove the power cords of other electronic devices

If every above steps been checked and problems still exist,please send pictures,video and description of issues to support@vdarts.tw . Accompanied by video and detailed problem description,contact info and time, We’ll do our best to respond within 24 hours.

H2 sensors failures

Induction (not counting)

1.Check phone/tablet Bluetooth connection meets the minimum system requirements. If app easily crashing,quiting game or cannot enter the settlement, please download Special APP version: http://tw.vdarts.net/android/VDartsGameVESP.apk
2.Forget VDarts H2 from device Bluetooth settings and try to pair again  [by phone setting-Bluetooth-VDartsH2-forget this device]
3.turn off the LED setting on the VDartsGame APP (setting)
4.Check if H2 connected to another device,try to swich off all other Bluetooth devices.

Induction (wrong Scoring/ miss)

1.Slightly loosen screws on back side of the board corresponding to non-working sector
2.Check phone/tablet Bluetooth connection meets the minimum system requirements
3.Forget VDarts H2 from device Bluetooth settings and try to pair again [by phone setting-Bluetooth-VDartsH2-forget this device]
4.Check if H2 connected to another device,try to swich off all other Bluetooth devices.

APP Bluetooth Connection

Hello,
After downloading the APP, please start directly, the app will connect the Bluetooth automatically;
If it doesn’t work successfully, please manually connect the Bluetooth by the following steps : Setting–Bluetooth–Searching VDarts H2–Connecting VDarts H2–Enter the PIN NO.1608.
When it connects successfully, please restart the game and enter it.

If there is no Bluetooth connection
1.Close the app, check if the H2 dartboard Bluetooth indicator is glowing
(Restart board and close app totally from background memory,start the app again,wait 5-10 seconds)
Try to connect again after above process
2.Try to connect it manually by using pairing code:1608(board name for android Bluetooth connection is VDarts H2)
3.If manual pairing failed try to restart your phone/tablet
4.If all above methods were unsuccessful,please provide your
device model name, system version,version of the APP
5.Attach pictures of the problem

6.Provide information,send email to support@vdarts.tw. We’ll do our best to respond within 24 hours.

Bluetooth connection

Hello!
“Searching” means that Bluetooth connection is failing, in this case, please do the operation as following :
1.Please reboot VDarts H2 and APP.
2.If the first step is failing, please manually connect the Bluetooth: Setting–Bluetooth–Connecting VDarts H2–Enter the PIN NO.1608.
When it connects successfully, please restart the game and enter it.
Warmly prompt: VDARTS H2 PIN NO.:1608 (For Bluetooth Pairing).
