H2 power cord problems

1.Check power cord plugged in perfectly while installation
2.Check power switch is turned on (if you couldn’t say for sure,check if H2 Bluetooth indicator glowing with blue light)
3.Check if voltage you using meet designated wattage
4.Use a voltmeter to test current power line
5.Check your extension cord is used for integrity or remove the power cords of other electronic devices

If every above steps been checked and problems still exist,please send pictures,video and description of issues to support@vdarts.tw . Accompanied by video and detailed problem description,contact info and time, We’ll do our best to respond within 24 hours.

H2 sensors failures

Induction (not counting)

1.Check phone/tablet Bluetooth connection meets the minimum system requirements. If app easily crashing,quiting game or cannot enter the settlement, please download Special APP version: http://tw.vdarts.net/android/VDartsGameVESP.apk
2.Forget VDarts H2 from device Bluetooth settings and try to pair again  [by phone setting-Bluetooth-VDartsH2-forget this device]
3.turn off the LED setting on the VDartsGame APP (setting)
4.Check if H2 connected to another device,try to swich off all other Bluetooth devices.

Induction (wrong Scoring/ miss)

1.Slightly loosen screws on back side of the board corresponding to non-working sector
2.Check phone/tablet Bluetooth connection meets the minimum system requirements
3.Forget VDarts H2 from device Bluetooth settings and try to pair again [by phone setting-Bluetooth-VDartsH2-forget this device]
4.Check if H2 connected to another device,try to swich off all other Bluetooth devices.

Bluetooth connection

Hello!
“Searching” means that Bluetooth connection is failing, in this case, please do the operation as following :
1.Please reboot VDarts H2 and APP.
2.If the first step is failing, please manually connect the Bluetooth: Setting–Bluetooth–Connecting VDarts H2–Enter the PIN NO.1608.
When it connects successfully, please restart the game and enter it.
Warmly prompt: VDARTS H2 PIN NO.:1608 (For Bluetooth Pairing).
